Our uptime monitoring checks every 5 minutes. If your site goes down, we are alerted and begin investigating. Response time is within 48 hours on the Personal plan.
Do you handle plugin conflicts?+
Yes. When an update causes a conflict, we roll back and resolve it. That is part of the update management included in every plan.
Can I add a second site?+
Each plan covers one site. For multiple sites, you can add additional plans or contact us for a custom quote.
