Agreement

By engaging Elementor Pros for services, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to all services including one-time fixes, site audits, and managed plans.

Services

We provide Elementor website maintenance, optimization, troubleshooting, and management services. The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a written quote or service agreement before work begins.

Pricing and payment

• One-time services are priced at a fixed rate, agreed upon before work begins
• Managed plans are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice for one-time services

Access requirements

To perform our services, we may require administrative access to your WordPress installation, hosting account, or related services. We treat all access credentials as confidential and will never share them with third parties. Upon completion of services or termination of a managed plan, all access credentials should be changed.

Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work. If a fix does not resolve the agreed-upon issue, we will continue working on it at no additional charge. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund for that specific service.

Managed plan cancellation

Managed plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, we provide a full backup of your site and assist with any transition needs.

Limitation of liability

While we take every precaution to protect your site (including backups before any work), our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Elementor Pros is an independent service company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Elementor Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries. "Elementor" is a registered trademark of Elementor Ltd.
